The detached finca-style villa is located in the north of Mallorca. It is embedded in a magnificent mountain panorama, simply perfect to leave everyday life behind and enjoy the luxurious ambience of a private estate. The villa boasts a large garden, a pool and a terrace. It is located in a very quiet side street in a residential area, overlooking the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. The house was built in 2009 and since 2014 it has been owned by a German family from the vicinity of Frankfurt.
Villa Vista Verde
The interior of the villa with its clever layout creates a relaxing atmosphere. From the spacious and high-quality living area you can comfortably access the open kitchen. It is fully equipped, and its large table is ideal for a cozy meal with family and friends.
The property has three charmingly decorated bedrooms, each with their own, modern en-suite bathrooms. The double master bed measures 200 x 200 cm (500 x 500 inch) and the single beds measure 90 x 200 cm (230 x 500 inch). All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The comfortable bathrooms, all with day light, are equipped with floor-level showers, hair dryers and towel warmers. They all offer plenty of storage space. A bathtub is also available.

The technical equipment includes: coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), electric juicer, toaster, kettle, Weber charcoal barbeque, smoothie maker.
Furthermore: WLAN, satellite TV, huge TV flat screen, DVD player and a high quality air conditioning (hot / cold) with air filter, as well as a washing machine and a free safe.
All windows are equipped with high quality fly screens.
For your entertainment you will find a convenient library (including children's books) and a collection of DVDs as well as numerous board games.
Garden & Pool
The spacious Mediterranean garden and the beautiful veranda invite you relax and children to play. The pool is the eye-catcher of the property; it measures 8 x 4 m (8.75 x 4.37 yd). You can enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the wooden pool deck or on the beautiful lawn. A sufficient number of wooden sun loungers with soft cushions are available. Two large mobile parasols are at your disposal for sun protection. The property is completely fenced so that children can safely play and explore the garden. They will also enjoy playing with Lucy, our wooden horse (click on the Kids button for further details). The Villa offers sufficient pool and beach towels, and in the evening, the pool lighting creates a romantic atmosphere. In our Beach House you find everything for a perfect day on the beach: beach bags, cooler boxes, air mattresses, a parasol and several toys. If you fancy a table tennis match – have a look at the backyard, where you will find a table tennis table with rackets and balls. Just next to it there is also a dartboard on the wall. If you like golf, please use our high-quality golf set (with all clubs) for free. The closest golf course is only a 10 minutes car drive away. Our property has a private car park behind the house with a double carport that protects your car from the sun.
